This person oversees the financial management and bookkeeping functions of the organization, as well as that of our primary fundraising event/partner, Waterfowl Festival.  However, at Waterfowl Chesapeake, the Finance & Operations Manager’s primary responsibilities are varied and often creative, too, since this position is an integral part of our small versatile team working to build our community presence and visibility as we grow the organization. He/She should have at least a B.A. in relevant field with 5 years experience related to financial management and be highly organized, creative, energetic and have strong, positive customer service experience.
