Flock + Feast

Thursday, April 23, 7 p.m. 40 S. Harrison Street, Easton

$200 per person – includes a culinary experience like none other, a full open bar, music and a celebration of the past and future of the Waterfowl Festival

Our Flock + Feast celebration is the beginning of our year-long journey toward the 50th Waterfowl Festival in November. We invite you to “flock” to the Waterfowl Building for a gastronomic “feast” of local, seasonal specialties representative of the Eastern Shore and all its bounty. The menu and event are sure to please since it is directed by Jordan Lloyd of Hambleton House and Wylder Hotel with decor by Jamie Merida of Bountiful and music by our own Kentavius Jones.

About the evening

Following cocktails offered up by celebrated local distilleries, our signature chefs from across the region will serve with a multiple course gourmet dinner and wine pairings that will delight your senses. The all-star line-up of gourmets are recognized with James Beard Foundation nominations, “Best Chef” designations and have been covered in many media outlets including Esquire, The Food Network and The Baltimore Sun.

Chef/Organizer Jordan Lloyd characterized the event as “One of the most ambitious culinary events ever undertaken on Maryland’s Eastern Shore…a truly exciting and dynamic expression of a community coming together to celebrate 50 years of embracing, protecting and promoting the rich heritage of the region, experienced through our local cuisine and those farmers, watermen and millers that make it possible.”

Proceeds from this event will support conservation efforts and programming across the 50th anniversary year!
